Changed Email?

If you have changed your registered details after you purchased Opus or your original email address is no longer valid, please go back to the Support page and login to the Licence Manager. There you can update your email address and other details of your registration.

You can then have the server resend you your registration certificate.

Lost Registration Retrieval

This form is for registered purchasers of Directory Opus (those who have purchased online, or have registered a purchased boxed product) and lets you retrieve your registration certificate for Opus 8 or 9 code if you have lost or misplaced it.

The registration code and registration certificate will only be sent to the email address that you registered with. If your email address has changed you will not be able to retrieve your code using this service; you will need to email support [AT] gpsoft [DOT] com [DOT] au for help.
